1. Optimize Layer Height and Exposure Time

  • Layer height: Smaller layers (e.g., 25–50 microns) produce finer details.

  • Exposure time: Adjust resin curing time per manufacturer guidelines. Overexposure can cause bloating; underexposure causes weak prints.


2. Use High-Quality Resin

  • Low-quality resin can lead to sticky, rough, or brittle prints.

  • Ensure resin is well-mixed and free of contaminants before printing.


3. Calibrate Printer Properly

  • Build platform leveling: Ensure it’s perfectly leveled to avoid adhesion issues.

  • Z-axis calibration: Correct Z-offset improves first layer adhesion and overall layer accuracy.


4. Optimize Light Source Settings
